Hello, I'm Corlese

and I’ll be your guide as you embark on your personal health and wellness journey. At The Yoga Lab, we strive to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where individuals of all fitness levels can gather to practice and learn. Our mission is to cultivate a community that prioritizes health, wellness, and personal growth.​

My Story

My journey with yoga began in 2012 after experiencing back surgery and recurring pain following the birth of my children. I discovered that yoga offered a transformative solution beyond pain medications. It improved my overall health, energy, strength, and confidence, and I haven’t looked back since.

 

In 2014, I completed a nine-week training to earn my 500-Hour OHYA Certification (26 + 2 Hot Yoga Series). Since then, I’ve taught thousands of hours, led teacher training programs, and earned additional certifications, including two 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certifications, a 100-Hour Yogi Flight School Method certification, Yin, Yoga Sculpt, Inferno Hot Pilates, and more. 

 

I consider myself, first and foremost, a student of yoga. Through workshops, trainings, and my personal practice—both on and off the mat—I am constantly deepening my knowledge to better support others on their yoga journey.

On a personal note, I was born and raised in Massachusetts and will always be a proud Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics fan! In 2017, my family and I moved to the Central Coast and have loved every moment in this dreamy place. When I’m not teaching yoga, I’m juggling life with two teenagers, Sage and Lake (send help!), refereeing two mini-Aussies, Luna and Kai, and spending time with my best friend and husband, Josh.
